Oral Presentations
- Please use a 16:9 ratio for your slides
- You should submit your slides in the break before your session at the latest.
- The slides can be uploaded directly in the lecture halls
Poster Presentations
- Fixing material will be provided
- You can hang up you poster in the afternoon of March 10, please take your poster down after the poster session on March 12.
- Uncollected posters are not kept.
- The poster session on 11 March is scheduled for even poster numbers, odd poster numbers will follow on 12 March.
- The poster numbers can be found in the abstract booklet, you will also receive a last logistical mail with your poster number on March 7.
